Another bold use of simplicity, shape and colour. I love the colours in this one especially; they are still most definatly you, but different from your normal pallete. They seem very masculine/feminine which works well with the image of the model being male but with a very feminine pose. I also like the neutralness of the more tan parts, keeping the neutral ground between these gender colours, almost as a hidden sign of sexual preferance or they way that today we are much less likely to see these preferances by simply glancing someone (that somone being the piece).

My only question about this piece is not in it's composition, colour, shape or meaning but I would like to know; how did you create the arrow? Is there a more simple way than I am trying to figure in my head (no, I'm not the best with Photoshop) and is there a way of making that white, disove edged line or did you fade the edge later?

Classic composition. The pink is a nice touch. I often wonder what's the purpose of these style of pieces, but then I enjoy looking at them, and I enjoy creating them, and I guess thats the whole point isn't it. Nice work

I love this, it's very simple and effective. I too- like everyone else; the arrow. The arrow is cool! The lines of blue and pink give it that little extra edge Ahhh...you have my two favourite things up there too. The colour pink and boys. Yey! Nice job.

The arrow was done with the custome shape tool, then rasterized, and cut into two sections for the different colors, and the white line (I think you're talking about the horizontal one and not the diagonal one) was done with the paint brush tool ... if you scroll all the way down on your list of brushes there are several textured brushes to play around with. I think the one I used on that particular line is the last on the list of default brushes. I also use those for erasing, as it keeps the image from getting really straight, obvious lines when you want to avoid a clean look. The dotted line was done with the line tool.

ZOMG! I used teh pink! Hehe ... I actually do like pink when it's used as an accent. And boys are definately my favorite subjects .
